How does a Leadership Search differ from an Executive Search?
Leadership Searches are more targeted and limited in scope—focused on delivering high-potential candidates, not a guaranteed hire.
How does a Sourcing Campaign differ from a Leadership Search?
Unlike a Leadership Search, a Sourcing Campaign does not include candidate screening or interview support. It focuses solely on identifying high-potential individuals, allowing your team to manage the evaluation and selection process.
Can I do a Leadership Search if I am hiring an executive?
Yes! Leadership Searches can be done for all types of leadership roles.
Can I add on other services to the standard Leadership Search?
Need more support? We offer expert process and interview guidance to help you make the right call with clarity and confidence. You can elect to add any or all of the following services to your Leadership Search: Discovery Assessment, Semi-Finalist Interviews, Finalist Interviews, Reference Checks, and/or Offer Support.
When do I need to decide on add-on services for my search?
For Leadership Searches, you can add services at any point through a contract addendum. However, for Sourcing Campaigns, services like one-way video interviews must be selected at the start to be integrated into the process and timeline effectively.
Can I use a Sourcing Campaign for an executive-level role?
Yes, but it depends on your internal capacity. If your team has the time and resources to manage interviews and assessments, a Sourcing Campaign can be effective. Otherwise, an Executive or Leadership Search may be more appropriate. We’re happy to guide you toward the best fit.
