Since joining Edgility in 2021, Emma Tat has worn many hats, playing a vital role in Edgility’s operations. This year, we’re proud to announce that Emma has been promoted to Operations Manager.

As an operations professional, Emma provides essential operational and project management support to our client-facing teams. From high-quality material development to systems management and logistics coordination across search engagements, she ensures that every moving piece comes together with precision.
But here's what really sets Emma apart: She understands that operational excellence isn't just about efficiency. It's about equity. It's about creating experiences where every candidate and client receives the same high standard of service. "By reducing friction and supporting inclusive, well-designed workflows, Operations plays a critical role in helping organizations find the right leaders, hire thoughtfully, and support long-term success," She finishes.
