Find, Hire, and Keep Mission-Driven Leaders
More than recruiters—real partners: We know what it takes to lead a mission-driven organization. And we make sure your next hire is set up to succeed in yours.
.png?width=32&height=32&name=Vector%20(7).png)
The Challenge
Hiring the right leader is high-stakes, and the cost of getting it wrong is steep. But too often, traditional search approaches are full of holes — talent pools built for tradition, shortcuts passed off as standard, misalignment caused by unspoken assumptions, and a lack of rigor that turns a critical choice into a stressful gamble. That’s no way to make a great decision.

Our Vision
A world where leaders on the same mission don’t leave finding each other up to chance.

Christina Greenberg
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Bio
Christina has more than 20 years of experience recruiting and placing mission-driven leaders, leading searches for professionals serving in a range of executive leadership roles in education, youth development, and social justice organizations. Her work with Resources for Indispensable Schools and Educators (RISE) and New Leaders led her to launch Redwood Circle Consulting in 2010, where she provided executive search and talent management strategy services to education nonprofits, school organizations, and social venture companies. In 2016, Redwood Circle merged with another practice to create Edgility.
At Edgility Search, Christina's focus is leading client engagements, managing and coaching the team, and overseeing the development and implementation of all search and board advisory services. She has personally led dozens of Executive Director/CEO searches and particularly loves the process of working with board and search leads to help them guide their volunteers, staff and community through high-stakes leadership transitions. In addition to her work through Edgility, she spent 12 years as a board member for two different organizations in her community, has served as a long time volunteer for local schools and other social service nonprofits and has developed Edgility’s CEO evaluation practice, which works with boards and leaders nationwide.
Christina holds a B.A. in Political Science from UCLA and an MPA from the School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University. She lives in Oakland, CA, and can often be found hiking or swimming with her dog and family, eating at the counter in one of her favorite local restaurants, or cheering her teens from the sidelines of a soccer field, track, or cross country course.

Taylor Bostock

Taylor Bostock
Principal
Bio
Taylor’s path in education began as a high school student in Santa Barbara, CA, where she observed clear differences in educational experiences between student groups. Motivated by her father’s service on the Santa Barbara School Board and his efforts to improve local schools, Taylor developed an early interest in public education. That interest deepened at the University of Southern California, and just a month after graduation, she joined Teach For America and began teaching high school English at Locke High School in Los Angeles. From day one, Taylor knew she wanted to build a career focused on improving public education. She eventually found a strong alignment with the mission of charter schools and has worked at networks including Achievement First and KIPP. Twenty years later, she remains deeply committed to driving results in the education sector.
For the first seven years of her career, Taylor worked in schools: first as a high school English teacher through Teach For America, and later as an Assistant Principal at Achievement First in Brooklyn. While originally on the path to becoming a school leader, she discovered a passion for recruiting and transitioned into talent work—ultimately serving as the Senior Director of School Leader Recruitment at Achievement First, where she led searches for internal and external leaders across 34 schools in three states.
Later, as Director of National Recruitment at the KIPP Foundation, Taylor created KIPP’s first-ever Recruitment Playbook and led training and coaching for 19 KIPP regions. Her work led to significant progress in hiring timelines: the percentage of roles filled by the end of the school year jumped from 63% to 92% in just one year. Following her time at KIPP, Taylor launched her own executive search practice, where she spent five years partnering with nonprofits and education organizations across the country to identify and place top leadership talent. In 2024, she joined Edgility Consulting, where she continues to support mission-driven organizations in finding leaders who can drive meaningful impact.
She is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and earned her undergraduate degree in Communication and American Studies from the University of Southern California. She later completed a graduate degree in Secondary Education at Loyola Marymount University.
